the times stated in this brochure are for your guidance only and treatment times may vary from those stated, please allow a further 10-15 minutes for treatment preparation, consultation and aftercare advice. we feel it is important to offer our clients a relaxing and enjoyable experience and so it is advisable to arrive early for your appointment to avoid unnecessary delays. some treatments are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions. our staff will be happy to discuss any special requirements you may have.
if you have any of the following conditions please inform reception when making appointments: epilepsy, thrombosis, low/high blood pressure, diabetes, metal pins/plates, skin disorders, cancer, asthma, hepatitis, and pregnancy.
we are not able to offer certain services to under sixteens, ask reception for further details. we are, however, able to offer hair colouring from thirteen and manicures and hair styling to under sixteens.
all colour work will have the minimum of ‘blow dry after colour work’ added, this enables colour work to be checked and corrected if your not entirely satisfied.
a charge may be incurred if you do not inform us of a cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice. a deposit may be required prior to certain appointments.
20% student discount is available for 13-21 year olds, on any services over £20.00, with a valid student or ID card. not available in conjunction with any other offers.
NHS discount applies to direct employee’s of the NHS with valid identification.
